Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Taking utmost care of existing clients by providing best services, in terms of:
- Receive, log and execute any orders (fastest, most accurate way);
- Provide updates and feedback to clients and Account Managers regarding to orders in a timely manner, and ensure complying with their instructions during the trading session;
- Trading confirmation: Report executed trade summaries to clients, Account managers and related departments (timely, accuracy);
- Market intelligence exchanging (regularly and on request - daily chatting by phone, Messenger/Skype, email and face-to-face meeting);
- Assist with the onboarding of new and existing clients including opening accounts, collection of information, legal documents as required, help clients understand market/trading regulations;
- Ensure trading activities comply with regulations and Mirae Asset’s policies and procedures;
- Making brief macro/sector/company reports and other reports when needed;
- Assist with other back offices task and ad hoc requests.
REQUIREMENT
- For native Korean only;
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and above;
- Fluency in written and oral English and Korean is a must;
- Have experienced in the same position or have knowledge in securities/ finance;
- Able to build partnerships and work well in teams;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Multi-tasker, with the ability to meet deadlines;
- Good Microsoft Office skills;
- Having Securities Professional Certification is desirable or plan to achieve in a short time;
