 JOB DESCRIPTION

Taking utmost care of existing clients by providing best services, in terms of:

  • Receive, log and execute any orders (fastest, most accurate way);
  • Provide updates and feedback to clients and Account Managers regarding to orders in a timely manner, and ensure complying with their instructions during the trading session;
  • Trading confirmation: Report executed trade summaries to clients, Account managers and related departments (timely, accuracy);
  • Market  intelligence   exchanging   (regularly   and   on   request    - daily chatting by phone, Messenger/Skype, email and face-to-face meeting);
  • Assist with the onboarding of new and existing clients including opening accounts, collection of information, legal documents as required, help clients understand market/trading regulations;
  • Ensure trading activities comply with regulations and Mirae Asset’s policies and procedures;
  • Making brief macro/sector/company reports and other reports when needed;
  • Assist with other back offices task and ad hoc requests.

 REQUIREMENT

  • For native Korean only;
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and above;
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Korean is a must;
  • Have experienced in the same position or have knowledge in securities/ finance;
  • Able to build partnerships and work well in teams;
  • Able to work under pressure;
  • Multi-tasker, with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Good Microsoft Office skills;
  • Having Securities Professional Certification is desirable or plan to achieve in a short time;
